By clicking "yes" to accept the terms of the non-disclosure agreement and submitting a request for an Advanced Reader Copy of any of Rowan Helaine's books, you acknowledge that they are copyrighted material protected by federal copyright laws. Furthermore, by accepting any advanced reader copies, you agree that you will not distribute, copy or share said copyrighted materials with any person or entity without prior written consent from Rowan Helaine. If it is discovered that you violated this agreement, Rowan Helaine reserves all legal rights available to it, including pursuing legal action for breach of contract, which may claim damages including, but not limited to lost profits caused by illegal distribution. Additionally, by accepting an Advance Reader Copy, you agree that your reviews will not contain any spoilers. Should Rowan Helaine or a representative on her behalf determine that your review contains spoilers and contacts you to remove the review, you agree that you will do so promptly.
